A regular in our house (my family loves Mexican food), but realized I don't seem to see too much of it on here (likely due to the simplicity) so thought maybe I'd inspire some of you.

Beef fajitas, fresh guac, all the veggies grilled as well, and a grapefruit margarita because... Well why not?
