Memorial Day weekend pork, ham, ribs, Mac and cheese

fired up the Lang and egg today. Made some ribs, pulled pork, ham and egg Mac n cheese 

did the meats on the stick burner, temp was running pretty high today about 325 all day but I just went with it. 

The he mac and cheese was done on the egg. 

That was my mid day end of the slab snack I took off while I was trimming ribs.
