Well, it was a true success. Everyone was very happy with the food and my daughter had a wonderful birthday party.[p]Here are some pics[p]BEFORE - salt, pepper, garlic, DP Red Eye Express[p]IMG_1538.jpg[p]
DURING - with potatoes[p]IMG_1542.jpg[p]AFTER - cooked to 125 internal rested for 30 minutes final internal temp of 135
