Two-Tier Rack for the Mini Max?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a 2-tier rack for the Mini Max? I'm looking at the Ceramic Grill Works 13" 2-Tier rack, but I want to know if it actually fits the MM. Are there any other 2-tier racks that you have used and that you recommend?

Isn't CGW out of business?

I would not tie money in them. They sunk and were having problems fulfilling orders. Make a homemade oneColumbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013

Hmm, i was out in Pittsburgh 2 weeks ago, i would have minded stopping by. I would consider buying in hand and in person.

Using an XL or LG fire grate and carriage bolts etc will work for homemade.

Ceramic grill store woo, inverted with an 8" grate up top. It is a little awkward but does work. I will find a picture and put it here tomorrow

here's my two level setup on minimax. CGS with woo inverted and I think it's an 8": charcoal grate from bottom of smokey joe or some such other grill or even replacement for bge round charcoal grate (for more air and hotter fires) that I put up top; I do have the MM platesetter AND the CGS stone when the woo is right side down. the platesetter also fits in the woo and is handy for lifting it out to recharge for fuel on pizza cooks because the firebox is so shallow and at those temperatures, the burn rate is pretty fast. but, I did two whole chickens this way, spatch, and I rotate burgers, wings, corn on the cob, taters, steaks, sausages, and anything else I cook from top to bottom when making a decent batch of food for tailgates, cooking campouts or just parties at the house. the woo/stone setup has proven to be a handy addition to the minimax. -
Sorry I missed you in Hiawassee blake, I was so busy I never made it away from the eggs. Did you get any of the Brisket Chili? We were at the end on the left next to the guy with the pizza oven.NPHuskerFL said:Using an XL or LG fire grate and carriage bolts etc will work for homemade._________________________________________________Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!Large BGE 2006, Mini Max 2014, 36" Blackstone, Anova Sous Vide
