We had lunch at a fav sushi/oriental restaurant today. 

As soon as I walked up and saw the specials, I had to try the Texas Roll. 

 

Here's what it looked like. 

 

Actually, it was pretty good. Very rich and filling, but good. 

No, I'm not planning on serving them at the Space City Eggfest this weekend.
