I did my first butt last night. Just a 8 pounder. Went on about 10pm saw it at 6am and it was done weel one side was 205 the other said 215, anyway its wrapped in a cooler till later. My dome help 250 all night, maybe that was too high. I also included a picture of it when I took it off and also of one of my tri_tips from a cook a while ago.
