$3.15/lb in Grafton, WI last night for their prime brisket, not much selection (only 2 in the case) but I grabbed one.

Something to remember,  as a new Costco shopper, when I purchased my 3rd brisket a couple of days ago, there wasn't much selection at my store either.  So I found a butcher and asked if they had any in the back of the size I wanted.  In 10 minutes I had a freshly packaged brisket ready to take home.  Never hurts to ask.

All the brisket is being made into corned beef this week, that's why it's hard to find. St. Paddy's Day is very near.
