That looks frikkin amazing. Please more deets on the queso and the Tortas.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt @Chubbs Here's a link to the Pioneer Woman's recipe for the queso. I used Monterey Jack cheese, but next time I would make a queso and add to the mix because once it starts to cool down it thickens pretty fast. The tortas meat was a chuck roast rubbed with fajita seasoning, a couple hours of mesquite smoke and then into the Dutch oven for another 3 hours at 300 degrees. I grilled the roll, added the meat, grilled onions and peppers, and provolone cheese. Heated the sandwich in the oven until the cheese melted and then added avacado slices for a added creamy texture. Pretty simple. The leftover meat makes good tacos or nachos.
