grilled cheese turkey club sandwich

just like the title suggests, I decided to combine forces and mix grilled cheese and turkey club sandwiches.
Today, I hit some turkey breast with Lanes BBQ sweet heat and signature rub. Cooked them direct at 375 until they hit an IT of 165.
Then I took some sliced old cheddar from my local deli and made some grilled cheese sandwiches using Texas toast.
then stacked using mayo, turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce, then I repeated the process again lol!!!!
Big Sandwich!!!

Man that is a great idea and beautifully executed. I have done that with a BLT before but it wasn't that pretty.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
