So my MIL passed away recently and my father in law has spent a lot of time hanging out at our house. He was here for dinner Saturday and tonight. Last night I made my first spatchcocked chicken. It turned out really well. Then tonight I made pork chops and did a trial run on pork burnt ends for the super bowl. Really happy with the meal tonight too.

Reverse sear at about 250 for about 45 minutes then kicked it up to about 500 couple of minutes total per side.
