Here is the first butt on my BGE along with some baked beans I made.
First the the baked beans. Started with bacon cooked in the pan and onions and green peppers cooked in the bacon grease.
Next is adding the pork and beans.
Then in the oven for 2 hours with the bacon slices added on top.
6 pound pork should smoke for 12 hours at around 250-275.
Pork pulled and plated with beans and a roll. It was delicious!
