Costco BB Ribs and Skillet Cornbread (pics)

I love getting the 3-pack of ribs from Costco. They always have a lot of meat on them and already have the membrane pulled. Anyway - here is the evidence. Probably one of my best rib cooks. Skillet cornbread was delicious too.
Used a dry rub mixture of Bad Byron's and 3 Little Pigs:
On the egg at around 315 degrees indirect and raised grid to the felt line:
After 2 hours I pulled them off and coated them with some butter and light brown sugar. Wrapped in HDAF and back on for another 2 hours:
Unwrapped and back on the egg coated with Sweet Baby Ray's for about 30 minutes:
Plated! Thanks for lookin'!

Very nice looking food. Is the three pack of ribs that you get at Costco in a cryovac? I think they are Smithfield brand. I have also seen ribs that are packaged in store, but those were two in a package.

Looks good from here. For some reason I have never bought ribs from Costco. Bought just about every time of meat they have there.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
