Chicken and Dumplings

Cooked 8 BS thighs at 400* raised direct until 160* internal with DP Raging River and Loveless Cafe Chicken Shake rubs. 


Sauted some garlic in oil and butter in the enameled CI dutch oven, added about 8 cups chicken broth and some seasoning. Pinched off the raw Grands Biscuits into fourths approximately and let simmer in the broth for about 45 min. 



Added the chicken and 2 large cans of cream of chicken soup, about 1/2 pan of sister Schubert rolls (cooked) torn into pieces and simmered for another 20 min or so. 




It was awesome but next time I'll thicken it some with a roux or something.
