Fastest brisket I've done.  A touch black pepper flavor from the Montreal.

    Were all of the pieces of meat done that quick or just one? Great looking results regardless. 
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    The bottom brisket is where I had the remote thermometer, but they all Thermapened within a few degrees of each other.
