I've seen Mickey post pictures of turkey wings and I finally cooked some today.  I smeared on a liberal amount of Meat Church Honey Hog Hot rub and basted them with TJ sriracha and garlic BBQ sauce.  They were very flavorful, but the skin wasn't crisp.  It could be that I waited a couple of hours before eating them for dinner,

You did those just fine!  Nice. Do legs the same way. I like 400 direct and raised, how did you do those?

Those look great. The sauce is why you didn't get crispy skin. I don't worry about it when saucing, the skin just won't be crispy.

For crispy skin with sauce, reserve the sauce for dipping.

Indirect 300 with some apple wood.  Next time I'll raise the temp to 400 and go direct.

They look amazing. I saw turkey wings in our supermarket the other day and now I see them here, must mean I need to cook some.
