I noticed a small metal basket next to table. I was thinking about one for my ashes like that at Home Depot. Do you know if the Kick Ash basket will fit in that to empty ash? Thanks for the post.

I could always use a SS table for the MM  Although I'd love one of your quality built table's @Tspud1 it wouldn't match mine. I'm OCD that way. I've got my eyes peeled for a discarded Za prep table like mine. Not an easy find.

Thanks for sharing that.  Nice looking table.  I'd feel better about that than wood for flammability, cleanup and longevity.

How do you guys go about lifting the egg into position on this table?  Seems like a great way to get a hernia or worse.

Take guts out of egg and grate. One person behind and one in front(hand in vent) In she goes. Put some cardboard or indoor carpet around hole and gravity does it thing.
You can use these lifting straps also
