Some Q to Flush the Turkey (Ribs)

It's rib day in House of Piney. I skipped the usual mustard rub and went with DP Tsunami Spin on one rack, DP Raging River on the other. Cooked indirect at 275 for about 2 hours, 20 minutes over apple and orange wood smoke. Sauced with doctored Sweet Baby Rays ( micro-planed garlic and apple cider vinegar).

Really nice @SmokingPiney! I've never tried those rubs on ribs. Let me know what you think. Have you done them before? I'll be waiting for the photo of a plate of bones.
