Theres one part to the process I'm having difficulty remembering. I can't remember if I cleaned the bird and rubbed it down the night before and covered with foil or did it in the morning. Your thoughts?

I've always rubbed mine the night before and threw it on in the AM! Actually just finished mine, plan on putting it on the egg then hitting the woods to see ifin I can kill a deer!!! Good luck on yours!Hunting-Fishing-Cookin' on my EGG! Nothing else compares!
