Will Mac and Cheese pick up smoke? Have ~9x13 of home made mac and cheese to throw on egg tonight and would like to add light smoke flavor to it. I have about 1-1.5 hours of time to cook/smoke once egg is to temps. Ideas, suggestions?
Thanks,
GNA

ive done chili mac before but i did something different that got the light smoke through out. i cooked the pasta then drained it and put the colander right in the egg and smoked just the macaroni for a few minutes, then made the chili mac casserole indoors because i thought the egg would maybe over smoke it. worked well
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -

2nd @Big_Green_Craig - It will for sure! Actually, you'll want to be sure not to overdue it.Atlanta, GA - Large BGE x 2
