Putt a 6# butt on at 8 am with the flameboss 200 set at 250 while I'm at work for the day. Great being able to monitor the cook remotely. Can't wait to see the results. Will post a picture at lunch when I go home to check on the progress.

Checked at 12 noon and internal was 150. Temp has stayed steady at 250 all morning. The FB200 is soo easy and convenient to be able to check temp's when your not there!!!
