Flounder tacos

Picked up some flounder. Put on a Tortilla chip crust. Threw it on the egg . not fancy planked. Just on some aluminum foil.   Made up a quick vinegar based slaw with Cilantro. Warmed up the Tortillas on the stone. It at happened pretty quick. 

2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
