45 lb. of Butt

Just started a turbo cook of 45 lb. (uncooked) of pulled pork. First time using the AR and I cannot believe how much  the XL can hold when you don't have to jerry rig a bunch of racks to get everything positioned. I could easily put another 15 lb. of butts in there.
A poor widows son.
