Popping the MOINK cherry!

I am still a rookie egger in my opionion. Have probably used my egg 20-25 times and I haven't attempted to try the infamous "MOINK" balls yet! What am I thinking?!?! I've heard you can't really mess these up... So hope that statement is true for my sake! I'm going PS feet up for a 350 degree indirect cook. Will post follow up pics
