Pork Tenderloin 3 Ways

I trimmed the ends off of a couple of pork tenderloins and dusted the trimmings with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venon and skewered them.  I rubbed one tenderloin with Grub Rub and the other with John Henry's PECAN Rub.  I glazed the skewered meat with the Trader Joe's Sriracha Garlic sauce and glazed the tenderloins with Memphis and Chicken& Ribs sauce.  All 3 combos were good.  The TJ Sriracha sauce is sneaky hot.


Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
