smoked pork steaks

We went with St. Louis style for dinner tonight, smoked pork steaks. They're steaks cut from the pork shoulder/Boston butt. I had to get the butcher at HEB to cut them special. The homemade bbq sauce on the steaks was an ancho/fig/peach/stout beer recipe from Aaron Franklin. Served with cole slaw and grilled pineapple.
