Wings for lunch and ribs for supper! Did the wings at 300 indirect for an hour while slowly cooling off to 250 to had ribs. Wings took about 1.5 hours. Dark ones dusted with D&K Jerk Seasoning and rest with B-Dubs dry buffalo. Jerk wings did not have much flavor but smelled amazing. Ribs almost done and smell even better
