First Time Smoke - 2 Boston butts

Options
First time doing a smoke. Picked Boston butts for pulled pork cause it's just delicious. The smaller of the two came off at 12:09pm with an IT of 203. I put it in FTC and just pulled it. Used a BBQ hog rub and apple wood and hickory.

Second butt is still going after a very stubborn stall starting at 194.
