Last Night's Paella

I hadn't made one in a while.  There was a period where I was making one at least once a week for about three years.  I went Paella crazy!
This one was nice, it spring garlic, garlic, onion, morels, fresh peas and sausage.  Lots of soccorrat!  Yum!















followed up with homemade crepes suzette with homemade blackberry ice cream :)
