Grill Grates with Canola Oil with chicken on top.
Jackie said that she wanted to have this again soon. Served with mashed potatoes with crispy fried shallots, and zucchini. Another keeper recipe.

That looks and sounds awesome. So is the final product similar to Pad Thai chicken without the noodles obviously? My wife does something with already cooked chicken, shreds it in a food processor, then adds the sauce ingredients and serves it in lettuce wraps. One of my favorites.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
