Tried the recipe by Raghavan Iyer last night. It was really good! You all have probably done it but it was really good! Also maiden voyage for me with CI on the egg. SWMBO made fried artichoke hearts and rice indoors. Scallops, sauce and spice were excellent. I think I need to have the CI on longer for a better crust next time. Only gave it 15 minutes. Thanks.
