Smoked salmon dip recipes???

Here's one I posted years ago and make it any time I have any left over or even make more salmon than I will eat that night so I can make this simple, but delicious spread. Here's the link...I hope...

I use a good shake each of Worcestershire and Tabasco instead of horseradish. Dried dill is fine if you don't have fresh.

This works IMO with any fish smoked or just leftover from last night.Appetizer, Fish, King, SmokedINGREDIENTS:1 lb Smoked King Mackerel, Cut into small pieces3/4 cup Milk3 8 Ozs Pkg Cream Cheese, Softened1/3 cup Garlic Chives or Scallions, Chopped fine2-3 Tbs Horse Radish1/2 cup Sour Cream2-3 Tbs Mayonaisse2-3 Tbs Fresh ground Black PepperSeveral Drops Lime JuiceSeveral Drops Favorite Hot SauceSome Small Capers (optional)PROCEDURE:1. Mix the chopped fish with the milk and set in refrigerator for 30 minutes, remove and drain, but do not rinse.2.
