OT-Pork U

placed an order to try some pork U products a little over a week ago.  I initially received an email confirmation, but no tracking number.  Since then I haven't seen/heard anything from them.  No response to email and no one picks up the phone when I call.

is this just a one-off, or have others had similar experiences?

    Update-  Lou, the owner called me personally to apologize for the delay and let me know they are working hard to keep up with demand.  love the personalized service and customer experience

    Pork-U is mainly all I use.  I currently have all of his seasoning.  My favorite is Garlic 101.  And Lou is a great guy.  He is running a small company that is taking off a lot faster than I think he thought on top of his full time job.  You will be very happy with his product.
