Get the Most Out of Your Big Green Egg®

Join Dizzy Pig's Chris Capell in New Holland on May 28th to learn how you can Get the Most Out of Your Big Green Egg®. This class is perfect for EGG beginners or experienced EGGers who want to learn new techniques and maximize all that the Big Green Egg can do!

 Dizzy Pig owner Chris Capell will be the main instructor for the class. Chris will share many of the cooking techniques that he has mastered in his over 16 years cooking on EGGs. Topics covered will include lighting the fire, setting up the EGG for each type of cook (indirect, direct, high-heat cooking, baking, etc.), temperature control, cooking by “feel”, and much more. Many different types of food will be cooked and all in a unique way to maximize success and flavor!

At this class we will exclusively use Big Green Eggs®, but techniques taught are easily transferable to many types of cookers. Our class will be taught indoors in our fully ventilated demonstration kitchen. We will provide food samples and some light refreshments.  

Tickets are $75 per person, or $125 per couple. Location is:
