Venison/Beef Burgers and Meatballs

My brother gave me several pounds of ground venison and I finally used some a few days ago. Made some half beef half venison burgers that were amazing. The next day made some venison meatballs which was about 2/3 venison to beef ratio. They turned out great as well. He said it was a young doe that he dropped straight to the ground which is why it tasted better than usual.
