This started out as a 14# untrimmed packer & a 6 lb butt. The brisket has been going since 4:30 yesterday afternoon and is at 192 internal. The butt is getting ready to come off the XL.

Lookin' good-what temp did you run on the dome?  Reason I'm asking is that seems like the outside of the duration I would expect for a brisket but w/o any temperature info???  Enjoy the eats!
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
  • I run 250 grid and usually at some point they always level out. I have a guru I use when I am doing the long cooks. Food was delicious, everyone tore it up.
