This past Saturday night was the first time in a looong time that I was able to get out an Egg something. Mother Nature cooperated and gave us a nice warm and sunny evening..... a perfect night for fajitas!
The marinade for the flank steak was a packet of store bought fajita seasoning mixed with orange juice, the juice of a lime, a little vegetable oil, a couple shots of tequila and some cilantro. Made some guacamole and all the other fixings. Man were they good!
