First time cookies really good. No pick of the wings though they went to quick. Pizza was awesome. Getting the crust almost perfect now. Oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies.

Nice cook! My wife is a semi-pro baker and after one batch of cookies on the egg, she is convinced that the egg adds too much unpleasant smoke flavor. Are the cookies worth a try again?

Didn't notice really. Used Rock Wood lump. I'll ask the work gang to see what they think. -
Is there an actual difference with cookies in the bge vs the oven?

Cookies on the egg at least more fun. They tasted pretty good.
