Asian Style Beef Short Ribs

Beef Short Ribs are hard to come by around here. Found these on sale for $7/# and picked them up. Seasoned with s&p, smoked with hickory for an hour at 275 then to the DO for a long bath in sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, siracha, and brown sugar. Cooked some fried rice and brussels sprouts for sides. I took a plated pic but I guess it didn't save so the process pics will have to do.

@logchief here's the braising liquid. They cooked in the liquid for almost 3 hours 1/4 cup sesame oil2 tablespoons fresh ginger4 garlic cloves1 cup green onions1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup siracha1/2 cup soy sauce1/3 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup honey
