It took about 2.5 hours cooking between 350* and 415* indirect to get the chicken to 180 IT and we didn't get to eat dinner till 8:15, but it was good. Marinated veggies in olive oil and Dales, seasoned with Pineapple Head. Chicken coated with flour and seasoned with DP Shakin' the Tree. Sauced it with a mixture of Sweet Baby Rays, vinegar, sirracha and mustard. Cooked another 15 min. Great tasting sauce.

Dayum, that's a cross section of so many different types of cooking and seasoning I have nothing to say but NICELY DONE!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
