"ishing" a couple butts...

Morning All:

Doing a turbo cook of a couple 10# butts today to stock up on pulled pork...decided to be a bit different with the rubs...first one with DP Mediterranean-ish...

    Looking good Jay.  I like how you held them sideways.  Are those metal skewers you are using? 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    When I wrapped them in foil to finish a small piece "just happened" to "fall off" the Mediterranean-ish one...it was VERY good!
