What color is this brisket?

Big fight here at the house. I think this brisket is black. My wife thinks it is white. My neighbor thinks it's gold. Please help us decide. It's getting out of hand over here!

First, Awesome job, it looks tasty.  It's black to me, now it is gold as in the currency too, but white?  It is not white.  Great job, i bet it taste good so don't sweat what others think.

There is some picture of a dress going around instragram/twitter/facebook and supposedly every one sees it as a different color.
