Ribeye Pro-tip

Always make one more ribeye than you can eat for dinner so that you can make steak sandwiches the next day.

Last night's menu was ribeye for me / filet for her with twice baked potatoes and a pear and Gorgonzola salad.  Sorry about no pictures of the meal, but it was dark and cold out last night plus it was Valentines day and I had other things on my mind.  

Anyway, saute some onions with butter and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, throw in the thinly sliced ribeye to reheat and serve.  If you are making an extra steak you might as well make an extra twice baked potato too.  Goes great with a steak sandwich.
