Leftover Tri Tip Sammy, with horseradish, onion, and cheddar

I feel like a slacker, watching everyone post.  Got the phone / camera out for lunch today.

I love making leftovers into sandwiches.  Last night's dinner was tri tip.  Today, I heated up some ghee in the CI, and I toasted a pretzel bagel.  Then sauteed some onion.  Then added some sliced tri tip, piled on the onion, added horseradish and sharp cheddar.  Put it all together, and ate with chips and a coke.  Hope everyone had a restful weekend.
