Started the day with pizza and beer before working in the yard getting the garden ready. Came in and started a fire and just threw some fingerling potatoes tossed in rosemary, EVOO, and fresh garlic to roast. Let's see where we go from here...

Dyal, just got a 1lb bag of fingerling potatoes and cleaned them and put in dish. In separate bowl I mixed 1 TB of EVOO, 1 tsp salt, little pepper, 4 good sized cloves of garlic finely minced, and 2 sprigs of rosemary finely chopped. Stir it up then Pour the mixture over the potatoes and tossed well to coat. On the egg at 400 indirect for 1 hour. The smell is insane when cookingDyal_SC said:Man that looks awesome! Did the potatoes last night for this week's lunch sides. Thx for the idea! They are awesome! We used purple fingerlings...I had no idea, but my wife had a bag of them in the house already. She previously bought them thinking they were red potatoes. lol. Must've been meant to be!
