I picked up two butts from Sam's Club and followed Lang's recipe out of the Serious Barbeque Book.  I picked the book up for $15.00 on Amazon after seeing recomendations on this fourm.  I followed the instructions and it turned out fantastic.  So to those that recommended the book, thank you.  I can't wait to try some of the other recepies.  They are so different from my other bbq books.
