First attempt at lunacy (Warning: pics are too big, I think)

Never thought
I would be crazy enough to post pictures of food on the Internet, but here it is.
Found some cheap pork at the grocery. Rubbed down a 4lb shoulder and turbo'd it.

After a couple hours surrounded it with some "rib chops"

Put some Rosemary and Garlic potatoes and squash on to roast

Pulled the Roast and put it all on a plate with some Bacon Slaw

The potatoes were a little slow, so we had them for dessert

Yep, Houston. The latest Divine Reserve just came out. Russian Imperial stout. There were three of us. Only one bottle apiece. We have to ration it.
