Nice! I always see top rounds at the store, but I don't think I've ever tried one. :-? Can't wait to hear how you liked it.

No pics of the finished. Honestly I called it a major fail due to over cooking it. I like med rare and the wife is on the high side of med. I tried to keep her happy even though I knew better. A few pieces in the middle were ok I may be judging to hard because 3/4 of the 2 lb chunk of meat was eaten by 5 people. Nonetheless this chunk of meat needs to be med rare to be tender enough for my taste. Like I said I knew it but didn't listen to my gut.
