So pretty interesting results this morning. Maverick 732 both probes were 210. Egg thermo 210. Here's the sad news. Thermo pop 206°. This may explain why some of my recent steaks were cooked a little longer than usual. Sad day for thermoworks.

But I did check them all and everything was right on.

 At least I think the boiling water was probably 212*  !!!!
