The grand-kids are coming this afternoon, so I know there will be little time for the computer for the next day or so. They will be helping me make the turkey on the Egg so it should be a hoot. Just wanted to wish everybody a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. My special thanks to all of you that have made my journey with the Egg interesting and fun with your cooking tips, equipment modifications and recipes. Be back in a day or so.
