I know... It's not even Thanksgiving yet and here we are talking about next year's Salado Eggfest.



But talk we must, because it's only 111 days until the Salado air is starting to fill with the wonderful smell of Big Green Eggs doing their magic to all kinds of delicious treats for the hundreds of smiling faces, all eager to have a great time.

Yes, and those 111 days will pass quickly. So it is important for you to start making plans now for where you will be and what you will be doing on March 14, 2015.

If you're cooking, there's even more planning involved. What will you be cooking? How much will you be serving? Who will be helping you perform the magic? and so on...

You may want to practice on your Thanksgiving and Christmas guests. They too love the food coming off the Egg. So just make both holidays Mini Eggfests at your house. And don't forget to invite all your guests to Salado.
